Clay or Concrete Tile

Clay tiles are produced by baking molded clay. The most commonly used clay color is the Terra-Cotta. Because clay tiles are made from a natural earth derived material, they are environmentally friendly and easily recycled.

Concrete tiles are made of mixture of sand, cement and water, which are molded under heat and high pressure. They are resistant to hail, wind, and fire, making them a very safe roofing material when properly installed.

Standing Seam Metal Panels

Advantages of Meal Roof

  • Special coatings process resists dirt and environmental aging.

Asphalt & Architectural Shingles

Three-tab asphalt shingles have one shingle tab size and shape that consists of three separate tabs that are 12 inches wide. They are coated with asphalt to shed water.

Architectural shingles are characterized as dimensional or laminate and come in varying sizes and shapes.

Flat, Built-Up Systems or Self Adhered

Flat roofing is not actually flat; it has a very low slope—between 1/4 to 1/2 inch per foot—so that it drains water.

A flat roof is designed as a continuous, or monolithic, surface that can hold some standing water for a limited time.

There are many different roof systems for Flat Roof. In South Florida, a typical residential flat roof is either a Hot Mop System or a Self Adhered System. Installing insulation is optional.

TPO

Short for thermoplastic polyolefin, TPO is a single-ply roofing membrane that offers excellent performance at a cost-effective price. Heat-welded seams provide superior strength.

TPO's long-term heat, UV, and natural fungal resistance, plus flexibility without need for plasticizers also make TPO a reliable low-slope roofing system.

Waterproofing

Waterproofing protects structures against water infiltration which can cause expensive and irreversible damage. It is mostly invisible after construction is completed.

Balconies, Elevator Pits, Parking Garages and much more is exposed to intense fluctuations in moisture levels and temperatures, all contributing to its deterioration.

Coating

Elastomeric roof coating is a liquid coating that's applied to low-slope roofs. They include metal, concrete and membranous roofing. It's applied like regular paint, but it does a lot more than anything mere paint can do.

One of the causes of urban heat island is that your roofing systems can absorb heat from direct sunlight. An effective solution is white roofing material, which reflects sunlight and solar heat. The less heat absorbed through the roof, the less need of indoor cooling.

  • Cracked Flashing / Valleys
